Welcome to the Grand Island Chamber Builder's Plans website! 

The Grand Island Chamber has long served as the clearinghouse for architectural plans on major commercial projects in the central Nebraska area and for large projects throughout the state. Available to Contractors who are Chamber partners, our Builder's Plan Service streamlines the effort for reviewing plans to ensure Grand Island companies have ample opportunity for consideration as a project supplier or contractor.​
 

You will need to create a new account for this site if you don't yet have one:

1. Click the “Login” button in the top right corner.

2. Click “Sign Up” below the headline on the page.

3. Use your work email and any password you want.

4. Once you submit your email, the Chamber will be prompted to confirm you are a Chamber Partner. Once you have been confirmed you should receive an email within 6 business hours.

5. Then access plans by visiting the digital plans page.
